Council Punishment for Cibbi, BDL and Danek

Official declaration of the punishments for Cibbi, BDL and Danek.

All consequences have been thought through seriously and in the light of further argumentation and bad attitude from Danek a week ago in the middle of this debate another month was added to his tournament timer.
BDL's bad attitude in the debate also meant he had an added time without guns/emp and access to the Cantina sections.

BDL: Despite commiting the worst actions arguably he is too young to take into account the true force and consequence of his actions. However he lied about what he did, weakening our trust in him and ultimately making matters worse. His further attitude added more time for his punishment.

*Emp and Guns stripped for one month - Eligable in 15th March
*One month added to his flame time. So with this in mind he is eligable in April 26th 2010.
*Lock cantina and games/movies folder from him for 1 month - Eligable 15th March
*Not allowed any administrative nomination in the next elections.

Cibbi: He portrays the worst image possible about our side of ATS. New recruits from Outcast's server come on here in intrigue and high hopes only to get lamed by Cibbi, and have it in their heads that this ATS is evil, for life. Punishement for this and disrespect for server rules.

*Derank to White flame.
*Two months added waiting time: Eligable time is April 23rd 2010.
*Not allowed to be a candiate for server admin in the next elections.

Danek: Heavily disrupted an official tournament, he got himself banned for that time. He apologised and said Onyx really ticked him off, but he didn't need to sacrifice everyone's fun just so Onyx couldn't have his. He also has a bad relation with a lot of members his own rank. Cibbi and BDL included. Continued bad attitude means an added time.

*Deranked Green flame: 3 months from now until he can retry for yellow. Eligable in 9th May 2010. At least this will give him time to start teaching to get padawans, hopefully it will improve his character.
*Not allowed any Server admin nominations in the next elections.

er... i started bdl's punishment this monday. so its the 15th

i am not trying to spam but i think danek doesn't deserve punsishment guys..


he has changed a bit...an so have i and he thinks i need a poll..


and after hearin about him being reduced to green flame i decided to investegay and found that he had been a bit...inconsistent...,but after sayin that he thinks i deserve a another poll i think he deserves a lesser punishment

ah and btw... you dont want to know what his comments was like on your poll... O.o

we were very easy on these... we had worse proposals than those you see above.
maybe no-one of you noticed... exile was into consideration... finally for cibbi and for danek...

danek is just lucky that kernow and the rest of the council missed the second part of my posts... or just ignored them.

no member is complaining, i know that some wanted a harsher punishment.
i dont want any further nagging over this! by no-one.
and you shouldnt get bought so easily wolfe. you will pass a poll when you finally follow the rules and have understood the values. not when you have obeyed enough members.
this was an announcement... and i saw no need to close it.
but this... was ridicolus.
