Why?

So I was playing on your server last night, when I got banned out of nowhere. No warning no kicks first, no nothing, just a ban (and no it wasn't the Auto Admin). I talked to one of your members later, over xFire, and he told me (so it said on your forum) that I lagged the server, and the way your brilliant minded admin found that out was because I had 500 ping and everyone else had 200. I did notice the server was lagging more than normal, which means someone probably was lagging it, but before you swing your ban stick, it would be nice to at least make sure you ban the right person, after all, it says "The Torch of Fair Play and Bonfire of Equality and Democracy" on the top of your website. Whatever happened to fair play? or democracy?. I do understand the part about equality, one man lags the server and you treat someone else equally and ban him instead. Great job!

I am not an expert in lagging a server (hell I don't even know how to do it), but from what I noticed others doing, was changing the skin or saber color really fast, however I was using the same skin and saber color the entire time I stayed on the server (blue trandoshan with a blue saber), and of course the same name (SMURF). If you don't believe me go ahead and check your server logs, in fact I insist you do it. There could be some other way, but like I said, I am not an expert at it, nor do I care how you do it. And apparently some of your admins don't know either.

I am also aware that some people from SoL don't like me, but then again there are some people from SoL I don't like either (hey we can't like everyone can we?), but there are a few I am good friends with and the rest aren't that bad either . If this was just an attempt to get rid of me, then at least whoever banned me say so and don't make up excuses about it. I would accept whatever reason you had to ban, but make it the right one.

Who was the guy who banned you? (or which sol members were on the server at the time)
And yes, if you had not been doing anything and you just had a higher ping and you were banned for it, well im not very happy

Thanks for taking the time to make a post, cl0wn. The logs confirm that you were not the lagger, and I have unbanned you. If it happens again, there's no need to attack us with sarcasm, just let us know what happened so an HC admin can look at the logs. This was simply an honest mistake. I apologize for the inconvenience.

recently soupad or mai (whoever that is seeming as the all seem to have a female name and rule the server in like 5 seconds and get away with EVERYTHING) was using a skin changing script lately which rapidly switched the skin she was using lagged up a few people the other day and nobody even botherd to ask her to stop :/?

That was the lagger in this incident. I already banned her.

I am sorry if the post seemed sarcastic or offensive. I wouldn't even come here if I was banned for a reason, however I find getting banned without a reason an insult to me as a player, and felt the need to defend myself.

Assumptions were made by both the admins and by cl0wn, and all the assumptions were wrong. The issue has been resolved, and seeing as I have apologized on behalf of SoL and cl0wn has apologized for his harsh words, there's no need to relive what he said in his original post. Even if you guys tried your best and your actions were logical, the result was a mistake, just as cl0wn's reaction was logical but also a mistake. Let's chalk this up to human error and misinterpretation and move on.

I am deeply sorry for my bad decision as an admin in kicking you. I was rapidly checking every player, but all I could see was normal players playing. I saw something, and thought you were lagging us, but it seems the lagger was in the temple with you, but I did not see it. It also seems the player might wanted you kick, cause when I kicked you, the lagg stopped. My guess was they did it on purpose to get you blamed. I hope that you can forgive me, I was forced to take action soon.
