I know it's above yellow flame for needed as a master, but im wondering if shuri is availible for tourney, i have posted my high rank application, and i wanna know if shuri is availbible too for yellow.
So im curius do i have to wait until my master draco is a blue flame to qualifty for yellow and if shuri must wait the same on sebbat..

Has Shuri applied for yellow flame in High Applicaton Ranks? No he hasn't, to my knowledge.

well, draco is worth as master though he isnt blue yet (imho) but shuri shall make an application, it would make me happy ^^
