unban I LIKE TURTLES!

today i fighted a abuser Lucifer seems he got high admin and abusing it
i fighted him he attacked me while he got a command where he cant die and keeps max health and he did /amghost or something with teddy the kid attacked us with those stuff and he gets killed 3times he bans me UNBAN ME I LIKE TURTLES! or is this stuff allowed in sol? undying fighting ppl using commands like /amghost on other players (teddy) and then he comes to set you stuck ? allowed? unban me!
dont believe me nick check logs then there was a other player to named WakY to prove just unban me now didnt do something wrong and still 3 time isent ban 3times is sleep or kick (Highest punish for 3kills) but not ban omg! 91.177.78.109 this is my ip now unban me for this piece of abusing didnt even laghacked or something and for lame the server punishes you and the other 2kills on him wherent lame btw he attacked us with saber down this is the only server where you still can play force most of the day why would i want to get banned then? the game is already dead so why ban for 3kills where maybe 1kills is a lame and 2 kills normal? or this is sol way again? cant win BAN! so UNBAN ME for didnt did something wrong!!!!!!!!!! i want to be unbaned today i didnt did somethign wrong just playing the game and i get ban so.... why i will get punished then?

Wakie just typekilled me when i was afk, but he Dced anyways, doesn't matter u kept attacking me, and i gave u the warnings. U said u didn't care, and well now u paid the price.

for a kill?? u kept the aggressive laming all the time, even before u changed your name to merC, it was obvious all u wanted to do was to attack Dragon, Teddy and myself. Like i said i gave u the warnings, on every typekill, and on the last one, u attacked me when i wasn't attacking, I had every reason to do it..

U are one of the ppl that ruins this game a player that dont know how to use admin he gets mad he cant win he bans that makes u now one of the 3 hardest abusers of the game these are the other 2 names and they do it for the same reason

still this is abuse i dont care about a kick or a sleep for 5minutes (max)

but a ban? even if they where all chat kills it's still not worth a ban ban is for is things like Lagging ppl out or stuff like that but not for killing lol even the worst newbs know this i hope now with getting older (Sol there counsil members) will see it's true what i say that this isent worth a ban

But it is more common that such cases are discussed on the forum or even by the Council and they decide about a possible ban.

According to what has been said in this topic, merc lamed only sindwinder and dragon, but it seems that dragon was fighting so it wasn't lame, only sind got lamed. It happened twice, so we can't know yet how many warning there have been, but there have been 2 lames on sindwinder by merc.
This doesn't deserve a ban for sure, since it didn't disturb server atmosphere at all, but it was occasional lame which occured on one person only.

According to the sol system, it's called abuse, but we can't know if that is true or not till it's not checked.

So depending of logs, i don't know what will council do, but my point for now is that there shouldn't have been a ban :/

i hope admin will soon read the logs and kernow i know whats u meaning about this your kind to me when i'm in the server on the forum your a lemon to me that means ur a backstabber and still even with 3 warnings it's not a ban then u can use admin commands idc like sleep or a kick but not a ban real admins knows that this is just a prove kids here gets admin powers and they abuse it as soon they have it

but i did.
situation was: sind, dragon and teddy were fooling around. dragon amghosted teddy. but dragon left before taking away all admin applications.

at some point merc entered as padawan. sind didnt know who it is. he actually found it out AFTER adding the ip. so this time it was no personal feud for sure.

merc was hunting alex. alex was there as well, and he asked repeatly to stop and leave him alone.
merc chatkilled sindwinder, so merc got a warning. merc kept on rampage. he obviously thought he saw some kind of admin abuse... and he accused lucy of it. but this time it wasnt his fault at all. he told teddy even to /kill.
after a second typekill sindwinder gave merc a last warning, but already adding his ip.

teddy had to leave and went offline.

THEN merc renamed to his name and revealed who he is, and he was stupid enough to kill lucy again, after lucy dared him again. so lucy kicked him.

merc talked a bit. but im used to much more insults and talk from him.. but mainly from others.

now for my opinion: lucy didnt go the full way of this all and could have handled the situation differently. yea.
but merc... why did u act so stupid? he gave you a final warning, and he dared wakie too, after he typekilled once. i mean... you went suicidal... and you got your bill.

i wont give any judgement. this occasion was too childish.

anyway if i get a ban for killing i just better used a laghacks for abuse i stopped doing that now i get bans for killing abusers SO WHATS THE POINT U GET A BAN ANYWAY! this is what ppl nog rage at sol and why there come so less pro's to sol server they all went to saber only servers or go FOD sneaky because they know there is much abuse at sol ATS and AOS a lmae is a kick not a ban FFS! afther 3 times kick u can ban this prove admin system sucks for ppl who cant handle it i never got abused by FY FOD SNEAKY or other of those clans they only used it to kick when needed nothing more or to change to CTF or Team FFA not for banning for less things or empower

don't take it as a general case merc. For exemple, yesterday happened exactly what you think is good : swifty banned FFA.menace after several warning and 3 kicks.

... Different people. I really do hate willful ignorance. Let me give you a bit of friendly advice. Sind is one of our harshest and quickest-banning admins. some people may get mad, but its true. and when he says he will ban you, he will. So even if he's just being stupid, then listen to him. And notall of our admins are the same. Sind is an extreme example.

banned for 3kills omg! same punish for laghacking! i quited that to not get banned anymore because there are so less server now i get a ban for 3 kills! then next time i just better kill then use laghacks then i get a ban to but more reason one then a ban for 3 kills so that means if you play the game you get banned or is jk2 a chat game and walking around game with teleport newbs maybe thats the reason why pl incl some adsome pmins use the teleport in server to run away.

i understand your frustration merc ... just try to calm down a bit pls, because the people which have the ability to change something won't react at such talking.

i think it's not fair we all see this is a action by someone that cant use admin powers and i get banned for 3kills and other sol admin keeps me banned aju you know to this type of admin use are only on 2 other servers AOS and ATS

I as an admin ALLWAYS try to stay away from banning people ive made as SINGLE ban as my whole time as being admin and i gave him enough warnings each time i kicked he reconnect and lamed me again and again and insulted which is a PERFECT reason for a ban 3 days isnt harsh for his ban its normal if he followed the rules he wouldnt be banned.

I wouldnt say sind is extreme his made a bad decision before but im sure EVERY admin has made mistakes before thats how you learn, He may get angry quicker then some but that doesnt make him a bad admin he doesnt get to play this game as much as others and im damn sure when he finally gets a chance he doesnt wanna be confronted by immature kids who wanna lame him if that means he reacts harsher or quicker then most then so be it aslong as he gives the warnings and you decide to carry on pushing him and breaking the rules then your digging your own grave
