See that fella over there ? Kill him. As you're doing a right red horizontal, you're better off aiming your crosshair a bit to the right of him; that'll give you more hit duration. If you spin your mouse now, you're a fa g. Don't move at all, just let the swing animation play. I SAID DON'T MOVE !



Nuh-uh. Don't move, you'll screw it up.



DON'T move yet. It's better to do a bad drag first, so you get the principle behind it. Try hitting your opponent earlier AFTER you learn this.



STRIKE ! Now that the saber made contact, all you have to do is prolong it. Gradually move your mouse to the left so you compensate the turn you make in the swing animation. That way, the saber will stay in the target. Don't make a full turn, it's around 90-120 degrees MAX. And I mean: slowly. Start off at turtle speed when you do your first drag, then increase speed with every swing until you grasp the velocity at which the saber stays in the same place.



That's more or less how it looks like in practice. Spin 'slowly'. And not a full turn.

I'm 99 percent sure it couldn't be done with this engine... only with some sort of cel-shading.

And to make an animated GIF, download UnFREEZ or another simple image combiner and have all frames at the same resolution saved as .gifs. I only bothered to do this topic because Mick's starting to spin right when he starts the move (when the saber is behind him). That's bad.
