I have recently acquired a map. Now apparently, this map was never released. This map is called "ffa_trench".

Now, the map wasn't finished and makes water sounds each time you walk. But the story behind this is because a switch would toggle green slime to rise up and kill everyone on the bottom of the map. Here is a game play video (blaster shots go through windows too).

As you see from the looks of it, this map appears to have been made more for gun fighting. Though the top can be used for saber dueling.

Those who are skilled in mapping can finish it right? Or make it better? The map does look good, and could be fun to play on, but not in a "beta" mode. :S

Heh, I thought this looked more late beta. The only things that could use fixing is the fact that it sounds like water when someone walks, unless on bridges and the top part above the small building, and making the glass react to blaster bolts properly (may it be the bullet proof one or the shatter one). If you wanted beta, I have cairn_stockpile.map! (It looks very interesting...this was deleted from the SP version, but was able to be found, and can prove an interesting thing for a mapper to look at.).

Yeah, finishing up the map, fixing bugs etc will make it more playable. And as in Yavin_temple, add a bar! Razz
