I used to watch WWF all the time when I was a kid but stopped a long time ago and recently started to try it again and realised that nowadays it's pretty bad. I wanted to post some nostalgia for the older guys who watched WWF and if any of the younger guys are into WWE, to check out the old days!
WWF 1999
For any fans of the 'sport' this was it's greatest year IMO. Enjoy!

Even though i knew it was 60 percent fake and 40 percent men of 100+ kg in weight jumping around like an acrobat and bruising the living stuff out of each other, i also watched it in the early 2000's when it just started to air here... to then vanish into oblivion far gone from tv.

Yeah even though it's fake, the early story lines, great personalities and the unreal fans make the whole show. The fans especially, to have to turn your volume down because all 15,000 fans at the time are shouting\chanting\cheering and all the camera flashes make it an awesome viewing experience.

Early 2000's leading up to 2003ish was my favorite.

What do you think would happen to somebody if they tried this in IRL?

He would get smackdowned by the police (write this down) and be arrested (write this down, you like things writing down). However (write this damn down) if the somebody had brawls and/or million fans he could've had the police up his ass So now shut your mouth (write this down) and go to find me the biggest beer can you can find xD

Lol I imagined it would end up with a good old fashioned American police beating.

I still watch it these days, Will never be as good as the days when it was all about SCSA, The Rock, Undertaker etc, but it's not as bad as some make out, Some good up and coming wrestlers and some of the old ones (Kane,Big Show, Brock Lesnar) all still going strong!

Yeah I've tried to watch it recently but after watching a lot of 1999 Raw vs War it's nowhere near as good. Would be nice to see Vince and Shane get back involved, they were great entertainment,

the last time i had seen anything related to WWF i nearly puked at how bad the acting was and how stupid the drama was made to be. And as the undertake came on with a full blow coffin and funeral car, the opponent fled in fear... or something like that.

He's back in the current WWE, not sure what his story is but he's fighting along side Stardust his son or cousin or something.

Yeah I have seen a fight of him about 3 years ago, his comeback or something. Im much more of an MMA type. I have done something similar, it's two guys fighting in all styles, ground fighting standup kickboxing, muay thay, boxing, Jiu jitsu on the ground, wrestling on the ground , and so on. And it is not staged ! ;D But I loved WWF because it was cool with all those freaky characters and costumes. Now it's just pointless to me !
