Morrowind mods

hai )>SoL<(. How is everyone? On Christmas Eve, I bought myself a little present on steam: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. It's pretty awesome as everyone knows.

I tried finding some good mods, but I'm not sure what to choose. Do you guys know any good mods? Links are appreciated

I've never played it so I wouldn't know, however I have played Oblivion and Skyrim, They all have one big mod site which I downloaded my mods from and is probably the best place to look.

The wraith reaver is unsurprisingly popular since it's the only known mod of it's form that exists.

I would also check out "White Wolf of Lokken Mountain" which was a very nice mod.

I also take mod requests as well for Morrowind (Or Oblivion). So if you want a cool sword or a new set of armour I can help, or if you want to learn how to use the Construction Set I can help with that too. I cannot help with scripting events however, so I would recommend "Scripting for Dummies." Also take a look at Morrowind Modding History. Contains lot's of mods from what used to be websites like ElricM, Planet Elder Scrolls, etc.

Their are of course alternatives, and if you think you can brave AlienSlof's website for the beast races bodies you might want to try there! On the Nexus Morrowind Site you'll most likely find Bumpmaps/HD retextures of things as that is the remains of Morrowind Modding ...

I would lastly recommend Tamriel Rebuilt which is a very large series of mods that add mainland Morrowind. It's still a large work in progress eversince 2002 but it's nearing completion. You can download Telvanni Isles, Antediluvian Secrets, Sacred East all in one at the moment.

I would also recommend Morrowind Code Patch. Useful for fixing the map to work with Tamriel Rebuilt and some other bugs, it's also configurable.

if you bought morrowind I would suggest getting the bloodmoon expansion. it adds the ability to play a werewolf and the werewolves in morrowind are more like the ones from european mythology whilst the skyrim ones are more like the greeks mythology.

and yod's is correct. Elder scrolls is my most favorite game series, and morrowind is my ultimate favorite.

although I wouldn't know about mods.... I never really modded oblivion when I had it on pc, and when I had a copy of morrowind I was too little to mess with it. and skyrim is on my xbox, and I am not breaking apart my xbox to mod it.
