Question about picture extensions..

Okay my Computer is failing to read a GIF extension File, and i wanna put these pictures from shutterfly pictures and copy and paste it onto facebook... Does anyone know how to change a GIF file to a JPEG File?
Apparently my computer cant see GIF files..

mmm open it with gimp or photoshop, and then save as, and you select the jpg format into the scroll list.

It doesn't show the JPG format, do u have another one in mind that might show instead?

nope, bpm is for paint. I suggets jpeg then.
