Dear SoL,

It has come to my attention that I have been brought up in a topic that I was never a part of. Following me being brought up, I was "senselessly" accused of doing nothing but "senseless nagging". Now, I understand that this person is nothing but a waste of my time; however, I do want to speak to SoL as a whole. Posting without thinking from high ranking members should be shown with warning not praise. Leave me out of your troubles. I refuse to let this person insult me while I am inactive from jk2; it is incredibly spineless. I would highly appreciate SoL to look into this AS A WHOLE not 1-2 members.

I'll see y'all in another month or two after this is settled.

Kerno, if you think so highly of Xaso why were you one of the people who came to me and asked if I would still play on SOL when Xaso was elevated to his current level? I'm sorry Kerno but if we all want to be honest here then be honest. You and many SOL have expressed concerns over Xaso to me. SOL has not been as fun a place to be since Xaso got a stranglehold over it. Mereel had a lot of issues and many other SOL do too, but they have asked me to keep them anonymous. I'm a loyal person so I will keep my promise to them. Also, I hardly have to pm anyone as Xaso might think. I see them on other servers and we talk.

Kerno, you have been too distant lately. A good first step would be for Xaso to voluntarily step down from forum moderation for a period of time. Take an anonymous clan poll to see if people in the clan would like to see Xaso relinquish some power. That would be a good idea too. If SOL is more democratic then ATS maybe it's time to prove it.

If you think you can do it better than xaso, why not go and replace him by yourself?

Manta, there are many ppl in Sol capable of doing a good job at forum moderation. I bet others would be no where near the beligerent that Xaso has proven himself to be either.

It's not for me to decide but even you might be a good choice Manta. I don't think one person should be a moderator as long as Xaso has been.

Nibler, it was WEHR who brought you up, not Xasomur. As he's against Xaso, what he tells you is more than likely biased.

Xasomur meant that more as a remark on Wehr's attitude. The full quote goes like this:

but instead of that another rant, you could have stayed at the point you made the topic for, and it was my treatment of power, but obviously lost the interest on him. too bad.

this topic is just a prove for why you were in need of that warning, so it can be closed again, it fulfills no purpose

Wehr tossed aside Power's case (the point of the topic) and concentrated on Xaso instead, that's what he was referring to. I can see why you're discontent with the wording, but that's enlarging the issue as I see it.

To Wehr: you're trying too hard. Desperately looking for ways to make X' step down, perhaps ? You can wage wars with him for all I care, but as for Power's case: you weren't anywhere close to him, you can't effectively judge the treatment he received. He's always been like this, and the get lamed-abuse AA-lame cycle continued for too long. He should have been punished much earlier and much more severely; we weren't harsh on him, we were lax. He propably felt that he was above the law... you reap what you sow. (do you even know just how many times players complained about his behaviour ?)

sorry that abuse my moderator powers again and post in a closed topic... i could do the same as wehr and just open a new topic, but then i couldnt abuse, and i love to abuse so much. (oh yea, this is irony, if wehr wants to quote it, pls keep it in mind)

and i am sorry for the way i put it. if you see the whole context, like igrom put it, you see, that i didnt wanted to express that nibs "nagging" is senseless. i wanted to express that i dont have any problems, if someone would take my place. a place, which at the moment, isnt needed for many things, i dont use my power for anything really, because you dont need a hc or fa now. i am not even in council tho. but all i have to do, is respond to attacks from wehr and sometimes from nib. i put nib into there, because wehr used him as a reference. the time i spend on responding, is wasted senselessly. that was the point i tried to make.

but unfortunatly it didnt come out completely correct. sometimes nib, when you are picking on me, it is also senseless nagging, as its not helping anyone. i remember the osama-debate. but nib is indeed capable of constructive criticism. he splendidly showed that during the discussion that was made in the tournament forums. and i appreciated, and the whole clan did appreciate, that input coming from nib. it wasnt exaggerated nor furtive, as mereels posts used to be.
and before our feud started, which was, i think, somehow too linked and kept alive by rachel, i respected you much nib. and i cant really tell what happened. but at some point you got very cocky and aggressive. i dont know what mereel and other ppl told you behind my back. but i think its funny how my feuds with certain ppl are always taken up again, and used as a negative reference against me. isnt anyone capable of creating his own grudge against me? because THEN i would KNEW why i hate someone. i kind of... slithered into the feud with wehr and into the one with nib, while i was forced to take one up with mereel and draco knowingly. luckily draco is stronger in mind and values, which is the reason why he is still here and trying to support sol, even though i cant appreciate his tries...
but i really cant recall actual reasons to be in fight with wehr and nib.

but lately i accepted wehr being a total asshole. but with nib... that would be too sad, if that couldnt be fixed anyhow. and my wording in that topic, that unlucky included nib, shouldnt be a reason to hold up that feud with nib. nib doesnt deserve to be treated by me like i treat mereel or wehr...
