For the past few days we've been having a full euro server every so often, keep it up guys!

Yes, but anyone notice that the US server is almost 4 times lower in rank?

It's because a majority of the active members are EU based, and the NA players are moving over to hang with the pals. Once the South American members become a bit more active (SEBBY WHERE YOU AT BRO), the NA be more popular again.

People doesn't join the US server because of lag or high ping? The US server is pretty laggy even with a low ping. :S

I don't mind coming also to US, however when I have strong lags I cant spend time there no matter how much I want
And I got used to EU server soo I am coming more often there

I personally don't mind, I go to EU almost always to get used to higher ping and to (maybe?) get better.

It would be nice to have both servers active of course, in reality it's going to take a few additional players spread evenly across timezones to make it happen. I concede I rarely go to US unless its just to socialise, my ping is x3-x4 better on Euro, and I lag on US occasionally too. I'll try to make more of an effort to hit the US server sometimes too.

Well it s a fact that most of us are euro players. And in the us, when we are not there, probably the us player drops in the us server. Because it is their advantage. But i dont think that it is necessary to go there where u dont have to despite the server is empty and u want to boost up the server stats although it seems to be useless bc the other players are connected in the other ones...

Best way to do is, if there a players, go and join them.

I've been thinking. To most people they will approve, but I know people like Kern trying to make the US server more active might not. Since we've been having a full server for a couple days, I think we should lower the US server slots to 18 and in turn raise the EU server to 32.

I agree with vader you have to see to the facts USA is almost always empty and EU is full for some days I have seen already just look to the facts i think we need to do it 32 slots EU

Sometimes happened to me I had to wait for free slot. At least we can try that?

The Europe server costs additional money for each extra slot. The US server does not. It's one flat fee - $10/month for 32 slots, so there's no way and no point in lowering the slots on the US server. The Euro server is $0.95/slot. So at 18 slots it is $17.10/month. The Euro server would cost $30.40/month with 32 slots -- over three times as much as the US server. We aren't at 18/18 often enough to justify that cost. I'm not sure we're at 18/18 often enough to justify any additional cost. It would be nice to record what percentage of time the server is full. I might be able to make a program to do that.

Check historical data (daily, weekly, monthly), according to gametracker it looks like we had 18 players only once (even tho I think it was several times) but GT is bit biased, anyways monthly average seems to hit around 12 players on server. So based this stat, additional slots may not be so hot topic now.
If you want to make that little program Nick, sure go ahead, it might provide more accurate percentages than GT

Ah well, I thought perhaps there'd be a lower amount of slots for the US for cheaper, so that then the price cut from the US would be added to the EU server.
