| I know we are all gamers and sometimes lazy arses But I would like to know what kind of sports you do in your private time I actually do exercises every day except on the weekend to keep myself in form. Every tuesday and thirsday i train Japanese sword art ( if my work times will let me ). What kind of sports do you perform? I think its important to stay in shape. Your body is a temple :p ~Xem | |

| I am not much gym type nor martial arts type, but im doing cycling (last two - three months and whatnot it was regularly) and swimming when I get to it (we have aquapark in city which allows you to visit there no matter what time in season it is, which is good now with decreasing temperatures the cycling will be more and more impossible, unless you want to get some good cold xD) | |

| I love all kinds of sport but I personally prefer martial arts (mainly JUDO - 14 years already) then I like jogging, swimming etc but cycling bores me (idk why). I do sports as much as playing games or visiting school | |

| Do you perform sword fighting at your martial arts? I did it for about 10 years by now wit a focus on the Japanese Katana. I also trained various other types like European 2 Hander, Bastard sword and Chineese longsword. But I prefer the Katana it realy is my weapon of choice :3 If you would see my apartment you would gasp I own 3 Katanas. 2 bought and 1 awardet by a tournament fight They are not made of Japanese Thamahagane steel...that would be priceless. But they are still very neat. Can cut through anything actually a bone would'nt be a challenge And many training weapons. | |

| I play football and basketball for my highschool. I jog to school and back home every morning, do push-ups sit-ups and crunches every morning. and I spar and practice in 3 martial arts:
~Wing Chun ~Jujitsu ~Karate
I also bench 150 and do 15 reps of 25 every afternoon at practice.

| I was a competitive swimmer for about 11 years, stopped right around this time last year, got so tired of it lol. During the summers I would swim 24 hours a week, not including 4 hours a week of on land calisthenics. I got so burnt out >.> Nowadays I list a lot of weights, I don't have as much time as I would like to go to the gym but I go as often as I can. Need to get into running, I'm becoming a fat fly a kite lol. Usually do 4 sets 4 X 10 of every muscle group. Day 1: Bicep Tricep Day 2: Shoulders and Traps Day 3: Chest Day 4: Back Day 5: Legs and abs day Give me some weight lifting routines you guys do, need to mix up my workouts a bit. | |

| Americans call football this (Europeans call it rugby, or you hand eggball xD, at least I think you mean this vs soccer on right): I personally like more our European soccer, American football has weird rules for me xD and I never know the counts when you touchdown etc, in soccer its simple, you score, 1-0 e.g. xD. I played soccer often on P.E. on grammar school but since then rarely | |

| I played Rugby for a few years. But Rugby is WAAY different from American "football" - it's not the same rules for a start. | |

| I played during grammar school table tennis professionally, but I dropped it because school was requiring more time to the end of semesters and especially to the end of grammar school study, but also due to the fact on each match I had to wait 3 goddamnit hours. Since then I played only as leisure time activity, but I kind of cant get back into it even though I want to | |

Give me some weight lifting routines you guys do, need to mix up my workouts a bit. I used to do a routine very similar! Ever since I got to college I kinda slacked off. Here's what I did Day 1: Chest and Biceps Day 2: Legs Day 3: Back and Triceps Day 4: Shoulders and Traps - Hektor wrote:

| Okay, enough replying for me! In high school I did Cross Country, Track (just two years), and a little bit of Wrestling. I was lean. But when I got to EMT/Pre-Firefighter school, I was in shape like no other. I put on a lot of muscle because I wanted to be a full time Firefighter in a city that's known for some rough stuff. But once I got to college where I am now, I've been slacking off lolololol. I still want to volunteer like once a week as a volunteer firefighter, that would be neat. Here's what I did Day 1: Chest and Biceps Day 2: Legs Day 3: Back and Triceps Day 4: Shoulders and Traps Day 5: Chest Oh, and enjoy a nice photo! | |

I played soccer often on P.E. on grammar school but since then rarely american football has very simple basic rules. now flags and such are a different story. the football field is divided equally into 10 yard splits equiling 100. every 10 yards from one side of the field to the other is a 1st down. and you have 4 chances to make 10 yards. after every 10 yards it starts back at the 1st down. at the touchdown at the 10th 1st down you get 6 points + a chance for 2 more points on a field goal. it's a very simple game. Very loving reminder, if any of you Euros have questions about "handegg" or "American Football", I happen to play on my college team. http://www.occpirateathletics.com/sports/fball/2014-15/bios/sampley_tim_oobq *cough* ignore the 0-4 record *cough*
