yes servers are expensive, even more if you don't want them to lag and crash your fps ( gotta count about 20$ / month for 16 slots good server.

and if u wanted to have more players in them...?

that's no problem, putting the mod is a cfg of the server, but doesn't change its price, since it comes from you and not provider.

well 20 not that much in month ... easy for me but !!! i got 2 days in month where i have almost nothing to eat xD so it wouldnt work

i played with all of them, in 1.03. tical is by far the best of them. and you should look into djk's map. very good dueling map. most of them play in 1.03 but their clan is now called GODS. believe me when i say, they dont ass fight. lol very very skilled in force usage, tical IS a GOD. To them, 1.04 is just a bunch of mindless swinging of the saber. lol if any of you wanna see in person, google aoj patchcommander. you can switch between 1.02 1.03 and 1.04 with a click of the mouse. any problems, get in touch with me. have fun.
