And? IF he acts like before? maybe it ISNT him? what you do then? and i think its okay if he changes...he can register new and start a new SoL life...i wouldnt care i think it would be great if he dosent act like before then its cool...

Xemnas......... He meant he will always be banned beacuse binary can NEVER change, it's impossible. Kernow is nothing like outcast :/

Kernow would agree with you, Xemnas. If merC played on the server and acted friendly, he wouldn't be banned. But Kernow believes that merC will not change, so even if we do not know that merC is playing on our server, his bad behavior will warrant admin attention and he will be banned again; even if we never realize it was merC. And since he'll be banned even if we don't know it's him, it doesn't really matter that it's him at all. This is the opposite of Outcast, who bans people indefinitely just because he has blacklisted them, and not because of their actions.

I always belive ( well not AAAAAALWAYS ) that ppl can change... and i tell you they can to good ore to bad trust me i have my own past with that

Xemnas he doesnt need another chance, we have already given him countless chances. How many more?
