Polls / vote canceling

I would like to suggest that when people create polls, that they now select "Yes" for the option "Vote cancelling is allowed." With many votes, people are voting with little knowledge on the subject, and if we aren't going to have discussions before polls, people need to be able to change their vote as others add their opinions and insight to the thread.
