No hope for someone like HIM

First topic message reminder :

Guys i want talk you about something that is related to Outcast. Today i went to his server because i want to talk with him (and i am not going to lie, also to bother him a little but in the end i didn´t do it). Well first he wasen´t there, but DarkKyle and whisky were there (they treat me very good and i already know there are good persons). I put my SoL tag and when outcast appears he told me (Sorry but all the dialogs i translate has not the exactly words but the meaning is there) "What are you doing here? don´t play with me, you know you can´t use that tag", then he started kicking me...so i started to fight with him in an 15 minutes duel. He healed all the times, it was like i would have hit him 80 times and he 25 or 30 in total because he healed. But in the end he killed me (if you want to call me a pro go ahead, i don´t care i just want to talk with him). After that single duel he kicked me from server, so i came back. He started calling me an inexperienced and I told him "You know who i am Outcast, don´t call me like that" (I can´t believe once i was a friend of him ). Then he said " i don´t want people like you that insult and spawn and just bother the others" (but that wasn´t true, i didn´t bother anyone or insult...only is right when he said i used the tag). So he told me to leave if i didn´t want more problems and i told him "no matter what you do, i won t be stop being a SoL...i like my clan and if you have to ban me for being one of them then go ahead". Just then, a player called "dueler" (maybe he was darkkyle or one of the people there that rename) speak to outcast so i can stay in the server (good actitude from him but i told him that he hadn´t have to worry about me, i didn´t worth it). So then Outcast kicked me again from the server and when i came back i said "I just want to tell you something before i go...". Banned.
Outcast won´t going to change never, he´s problem is that he doesn´t want to hear anything from us so he just let the problem between us exits. If he wants a chance to be a friend of us, i would give him a second chance but he is just being a big headed right now :/
What i was going to told him at the end was "I just want to tell you something before i go...I hope you stop ignore everyone and start to heard the opinions from all, cya ya and have a good life " but he couldn´t read all :/

Finally, say to not wear a tag from another clan or I be banned it´s like being racist. For example if I (i am from argentina) go to Chile, and the people there tell me that i will die if I say that i am proud of being from argentina or just for say that i am from argentina...that would be racist. (the example from chile isn´t real, it´s a example of what COULD be racist)

what if i kept laming, but i was being nice to all of u, would u ban me?

We might not like him, but we cant stoop that low. I would rather hold on to my pride than sacrifice it for an underhanded act even if it is against Outcast.

Nasty, you lame. Server rule is no lame, it's written and repeated everywhere. So yes, we can ban you if you lame too much.

Can't you guys just leave outcast alone seriously you never get any clever.

I don't want to hear anything more about retaliation from SoL members against Outcast. You do anything and you're in serious trouble. That's not our way, stop making those posts.

nastY is right. The ATS server has its rules as we have ours. There is no difference in the comparison nastY is drawing. We have different rules, yes: We ban for disruption to a respectful gaming atmosphere, whereas Outcast bans for dissent against his aristocracy. In OUR OPINION, our bans are more justified, but Outcast has just as much right to make his bans as we have to make ours. He and his clan are providing a free service to the public, and our use of that service is conditional on our following his rules, regardless of whether they are clearly stated or not. If you find that you cannot follow his rules, don't join the ATS server. It's as simple as that, and there is NOTHING ELSE you should be choosing to do, except for occasionally asking respectfully for their rules to change if you are so inclined.

Unfortunatley nick is right. We may not like it, but Outcasts server = Outcasts rules, just the same as ours. Its up to him how he runs his server, no matter how extremist he wants to be, we just have to grin and bear it because the is nothing we can do. As a paying customer running a public server, he has an entitlement to do exactly what he likes on his server (a principle you seem to be unable to grasp Nasty), no matter what it is. While he pays, he calls the shots. I just urge members to refrain from going there, no good will come from it. But if they do go, rememeber than SoL will not condone any unlawful actions, and if you do anything on the ATS server against the SoL code, its high likelyhood we will repremand or even exile you, depending on the magnitude of your crime.

In nastY's defense I'd like to tentatively disagree here. Over the past couple months, yes, he didn't seem to understand this point. But more recently on the forum he's been speaking in the past tense about how he "once did that," and in this thread he was absolutely saying what I said - that's why I agreed with him.

Now I'm not sure whether or not he actually <em>believes</em> the point, but he's been using it as an argument in this thread. Just want to be fair.

From an admin abuse point of view, Kyle is worse than Outcast. He is a smug kid sat in Outcast pocket, ive never met anybody more power hungry in my whole time in jk2. I remember the very first post i made on ATS forum, all that time ago. It was a peacefull statement that kyle read wrong, but Kernow had to step in and tell kyle he was out of order. That shows just what kind of arsehole he is. A stupid gimp of a kid who loves power.

Thing is, Outcast will ban you, gang you, and insult you. But kyle goes much farther than that. He will sleep you, kick you, silence you, slap you and basically humiliate you on server. He wont ban you, he will just abuse you to such to a degree that you have no choice but to disconnect. I actually think Kyle is worse than Outcast. I used to like Outcast, but ive never liked Kyle, not from day 1

Nick didnt agree with you. Nick was reffering to my point that i made; that you don't understand the fact that people who pay for the servers call the shots no matter what. nick isnt completely right. outcast's server has no rules. we have rules. they have arbitrariness...

server has no rules, but outcast has his own rules, its his server, he can ban whenever he wants, he pays for it as nick said, he does everything he wants on it.
