Lol but as to the new discussion, there are three types of people in the world. The most two common are those that either aim too high or low. Kernow for example, aims too high. Basically he is like the nun in the movie "Doubt", or the hunter in "The Night of the Hunter".

First of all even if you post explicit lists of p0rn on this website, the best that will probably happen is they will find out in a couple of weekz/months (unless someone would report it which makes it into days.) Lol my daughter be a whore, no fly a kite thank you. Of course I wouldnt fly a kite like it, but at the end of the day, women still do it! Maybe she would do it anyway even if i objected, i would hate it, but i would rather she did it legitimately where it was regulated and above board, then illegally where her health is even at greater risk. To be honest, i would probably disown her, but that doesnt mean prostitution needs to be illegal, the reason why, is because illegal or legitimate, girls are still going to do it, i would rather they did it safely. Even if i did hate it, which i obviously would, it being legal is the lesser of two evils.

If the president of the United States wanted to ban all pictures in the USA that contain cleavage, he cannot do so unless he makes like 4 different laws for this which will all have to be passed through 3 different houses and all that cr@p. I didn't see the picture, so I can't particularly judge it, but it sounds like Kernow made the right decision, or at the very least erred on the better, safer side. You don't have to be able to see tits, asses, or genitalia explicitly for it to fall under the realm of child pornography. I was just on 4chan the other day, arguably the asshole of the internet, and a user was instantly banned for posting suggestive photos of potentially underage girls, even though they were technically covered up.

I don't view this as an issue of censoring someone, it's an issue of covering our own asses. The Admins of the forum are responsible for the content, but the whole community would feel the repercussions of forum deletion.

Myspace cleavage shots are fine if the pose itself isn't explicitly suggestive, and it sounds like that's what this photo was. Still, it's unfair to jump down Kernow's throat for making a reasonable decision for the safety of all that we've built on the forum.

Nick I fully agree with you, and we should continue practicing that in the future. But I will repeat:

Roxy herself is not underage!!!

Democracy is a form of government in which all citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives. Every SoL member has one vote each to make clan decisions and elections. This is where the basis of equality and democracy comes from. It has nothing to do with political complications, arguments, bans or administration.

We are talking about basic theory (idea, the basic description, etc.), Democracy is a form of government that shares the power with the people. Voting isn't really much, especially in SOL considering noone gives lectures or w.e. It's too childish, more about trust, and too experimental for a simple clan with less then 100 people. It's like vote for me and see! Ya democracy fail loL.
