We have lots of admin replacements - Dragon has been replaced by the council and Aju is inactive so we have two new HC from the four DCs (Sind, Seb, Igrom and Snake).
We are in the process of re-electing Micr0's replacement for DC admin. After that we elect two people to fill the space of the two DCs promoted to HC.

nVidia won't be kicked Manta don't worry. Though obviously if he was found to be using a KS by sibling complication we would have to disrecruit all users (normally siblings) under that ip. I'm sure however that he doesn't use a KS so there are no problems!
