First topic message reminder :

I had an idea, i know many of us will be celebrating with friends and family, but a few days before christmas or a week , would you like to put some christmas maps? I only know bespin christmas

what is the difference between EU and USA server?

where is the point than?

north american and south american lose 60 milliseconds worth on ping time, meaning connection lag, when on Euro.
europeans, and non eurpoeans close to europe lose 60 milliseconds worth on ping time, meaning connection lag, when on US.

ohhh ok, so i live in the Eu, so i would have to pick EU?

you are not forced to chose a particular server, it is just that some people realy hate playing with higher ping, making the fights kind of rigged towards those with lower pings.

The ping number represents the slowdown your connection experiences in a game.

If you have a ping of 160, this means that it takes 160 milliseconds before your computer recieves information from the server. so if somebody hits you, you might only know that it happened after, or inbetween those 160 milliseconds.

So if you have a ping of 40, it will only take aproximately 40 milliseconds for the server to send you the signal that you are hit by a saber, or if somebody moved, or whatever happened...

A lower ping = a more pleasing, everything happens as soon as i do it, or see it happen feeling. Unless the oppenent himself is lagging like hell and he will make you feel his lag, lol.

Yavin Christmas, US.

Increase activity on the US server and I'd like a different christmas map this year.

I'm Christian too, just not a very good one. I wish I could cross my name off the list, or destroy my member card. Indoctrination of children is another quarm I have with this issue. But hey, we're not getting into this right. Live and let live.  

I was thinking, we can mix beetween bespin and yavin christmas some days right? So people dont get tired. (If theres an admin)
