Yesterday I was on a date with my girlfriend, we went to the park and came to my house and watched a movie, but while we were at the park we talked for about two hours, about how the world is such a cruel place, and I told her that it wasn't so much the world that was hell, but the hearts and minds of the people that live within.
So after she went home I spent about 3-4 hours thinking about it, that the world is designed for everyone to be at peace with each other in the confounds of nature. It's mans will and greed that has put every other emotion other than total serenity into existence. and thinking about that made me write a poem, and in Recent events of people fighting on the forums and on server the last few days, I thought the poem would apply:
Be at peace with yourself
don't allow your anger to rule you.
Put your guns and knives back upon their shelves
and allow the zen to run eschew.
The world is made for us to be zen
But man takes to heart what the world does not
You do not see destiny not meet a wolf or a hen
but you see man try to escape destiny's knot.
The world is a calm and peaceful place
man's emotions have turned the tides of fate
Try to keep at your own pace
and do not let man's nature make you feel late.
Try to go with the flow
and you will see how easy life can be
enjoy the random breeze or the sound of a crow
and go through life at peace and full of glee
Life can be the easiest thing you have
but people are in such a rush to get nowhere fast.
So just sit back and watch as I laugh
as you try to rush and get past.
because I am truly at peace at last
and I like to see people fret over life so vast
While I go through with peace everlast.
I just wanted to say that we should find inner peace within ourselves and amongst one another. Specially with a community, that is dying. and I don't mean SoL or JiP or LOL or any individual community, but the whole jk2 community as a whole, because we are all in this boat together, and we should be at peace and harmony with one another, instead of hating on each other or our problems.
I have found my peace, I hope everyone else here can find theirs and we can work together to restore what once was, instead of wishing for what could have been and was.
