And also for runescape, my i got a 92 member, but i'm no more member, and my bank is full, so i had to make a new caracter ^^.

no, dragon sux xD, best armor ( cheap ) armor is :
Fighter torso, berserker helm, dragon legs, d boots, glory ammy, legend's cape, ring of wealth, rune defender. That's the best for lowest price. After, good is full bandos, but it's over 50m, so a bit expensive ^^.
