Ok first let me explain.

I played the respect card on outcasts forum, saying I shouldn't of done some things etc........

I hoped this post would go two ways.
1. People would hopefully realise we aren't bad people, and that at least I understand they viewpoint.
2. Outcast would show his irrational dictatorship by banning me and removing my post.

He banned me about 10 hours after this post. Much to my amusement - you'll see why - ill post the reply posts. He made things better - instead of deleting my account he just used me as someone to make a scapegoat out of. Exactly how i hoped. Now he is showing his true colours in impatient aggresion.

Hello everyone. I am gonna be honest here and come out and say it - I'm Kernow Pilgrim.

First off I would like to apologise for several things...the first is the promotion of our other forum.

*I am sorry about promoting the forums. I promoted the forum (as did
others such as Phoenix, Mereel etc...) not because i wanted people to
'join our server', after all I don't see it like a popularity contest.
I just wanted everyone to know of the facts of recent months, I only
wanted people to come up with a fair opinion, a knowlegable and non-objective
viewpoint. I can assure all people that it wasn't to gain popular
appeal, but it was to tell people both sides of the story. "The human
relies on all senses to gain his reality, not just one."

- Now I never felt like I was doing wrong with this, I only see wrong
if people from other clans are promoting their forums. But seeing as I
thought we were all in the same clan (divided) I saw no harm.

- Now I see that you guys don't believe there is a 'division' - you
don't believe there are two ATS that stand up for the same things only
the infrastructure is different. From your perspective I am promoting
my fake and (censor) group of friends....so i will respect this wish and
not mention my forum anymore.

*Perhaps I should say sorry as well for informing recruits (In my own
name not under some cowardly 'Padawan' name), about the clan division.
I am sure that you guys would've mentioned our existance and the
situation etc......

- With our new recruits we have been saying "Just ot let you know ATS
is split into different factions. Bascially those with Outcast those
against. If you want their full side of the story visit their server
'............ATS' or their forum 'www.atsjk2.forumotion.com'. I say this in
person to the new recruits, because I dont believe that here is a fake
clan I believe that both clans are very real ATS- only lead
differently.

*Also I am sorry for shouting at Outcast about 4 weeks ago - and I
would like to formally apologise to Max also whom I shouted at with
Mereel about 2 months ago. This was because I was getting very
fustrated with the division and lost patience with a lot of people.
Also I apologise to Herny, Argentino, Gich, Huracan and Abrum at my
behaviour sometimes, although I never lamed and never gave many insults
I was never calm and collective.

- I realised after a while despite my lack of faith in Outcast's
leadership (i won't go into this), none-the-less he was a founder,
alongside Max and Huracan and Gich, and as such the least they deserve
is respect for this.

*Also i apologise for the behaviour of other members who are under the other ATS banner. Here are a few people:

Hek - I spoke to him about the admin heal log Outcast showed, Hek said
that it was Outcast who taught him this move as a way to deal with
lamers and rats etc..... Hek said it wasn't a cheat but a simple admin
command that he never used in duels both friendly or official. Anyway
he says despite using it that one day for experiment he is sorry.

Cib/Danek/BDL - I went undercover on our own server to observe Cibbi,
Danek and BDL. They both wrongly promoted our server as the 'real ATS'
and that this was 'Fake ATS' - I reprimanded them for this. They also
have been laming new players and even lamed me until they realised I
could be admin. In the other ATS the council are holding a meeting to
have them de-ranked or kicked out. Every member has apologised yet
their actions were serious and we will treat them as such.

Mereel - Mereel is an example of natural impatience. He tries to speak
his work in some form but eventually gets banned, his inability to
participate in rumours being spread about him which he feels to be
false lead him to become fustrated more and more (imagine being tied up
and gagged and having someone ring your girlfriend saying that she is
dumped or something...), he impatience has come out in over aggresive
forms and he apologises also for this. No-one wishes to be a bad person
but sometimes anger grips us all.


*I also apologise if people have come on our server and found
yourselves lamed and/or insulted by JK2 players. The server does
accomodate a larger skill rank but we've made a rule only to ban
laggers and hackers. Lamers get slept or force taken. Spammers,
Insulters get silenced. I apologise if anyone has had a bad experiance
there and say that if you do visit (up 2 u i won't mind if u don't) I
will normally be there to help.

Apart from those people - i wish to give explanation to the reasons of
the exiled and their fellow clan supporters: Eternal, Xemnas, Wacko,
Gavin, Graanularian, Tweetie, Reaper, Hora, Grimmjow, Solidsnake,
Ferret, Skam, Godgrowmore, Lusantlueg (now left), Abrum (largly based
here but has mutual respect for us), BDL, Vort, Peace, Seb, Phoenix,
Cibbicom, Ali3n, Blueninja, Kernow Pilgrim (yours truly xD), Purple
Vinigar, The Referee, Dark Master, Mr.Waffle, Xasomur, Blackwolf,
Blackknight, Whiteknight (Danek), Ajunta Pall (was wearing his flame
tag yestarday so i dunno...), Hektor, Mereel, NickdeClaw, Gich (Based
here as founder but we all have huge respect for him on other server, ovious exception to the below accusations).

High treason: If this is
going against Outcast then sure all of us did that (Except Gich). If it
is going again the morals of ATS then we didn't do this. What we did we thought to be doing in the name of equality, honesty and fairplay.
Laggers of servers: Only persons to have lagged to my knowledge
(once each) were Hek and Mereel about 2 months ago in the lag wars
which are now thankfully ended between us.
Hard Insultfor founders or Members: I suppose this is perspective but yes we did this to an extent. We cld've all treated the founders with more respect. Still does it warrant us being banned for life?
Kidnappers: This just goes to the argument of either 'ATS=Outcast' team or 'ATS=Members' team. We believed we were doing the morally right thing.
Lamers cheaters (script or hack): People who have tried scripting but finished with it: Mereel, Waffle, Eternal, Referee, Gavin. No-one has hacked/abused FTP access of your forum/server but one and he has made amends.
The cause of internal conflicts: Your opinion I shall respect your right to it.
Spammers try Fakes confuse people: Main past
debatists for our team have been Xaso, Seb, Ajunta, Mereel and
myself. Obviously we weren't doing this to confuse, but to hopefully
clarify.
Multiclans spy: Only one person is under
surveillance for possible Multiclanning, I cannot say for secrecy sake
but he is about 2/3 weeks new to the clan.
Friendly of dangerous fakes cheaters: Everyone has their friends. We treat people as individuals and for what they do not for what they are.

Obviously the only reason I can think why I was
banned on the server is because I was promoting what seemed to you
guys to be another clan's forum. Which looks bad I agree, so in
fairness from your perspective maybe that I had that coming. I
apologise again for this. But know not why I am exiled apart from this reason.

it is good to see that you want to find a solution that some other people just want to ''steal'' and do wrong things.
But there are some things that i want to comment that you said

-Maybe you(many) said more tham just about the division and other lies.

-Also are both very real? I mean see some of your members and what are doing in Our server.

-Those new members were learned wrong :/
The other things you said i just stay on the things about ATs=Members and ATS=Outcast(because we have always descuused about the other).
ATS=Members ofrcrs and we believe that.

But remind me what it is members that must do?Do ''your'' ''members'' have followed any rule about fair play?or just used it for WORDS and only?.
Also there must be a respect for founders because they gave birth.And know more things than us.

Each clan has its bad members. Myself i had to debate with some members like cibbi, flux, and others, because they were great (censor). In your clan, some peoples fake names, trash insult too. So i think that each part has to apologize for its bad acts.

That's it Kernow, that's the ticket. That is the key to everything. Show your (my too) friends how to talk like this. If you spit all over Outcast, he wont respond to you. This is quality discussion here, this deserves a place here. If Outcast bans you for talking respectfully like this, I will be very upset.

@Out: I don't mean to sound unstable, but he is being very mature.

@Kernow: Lead the way Kernow, perhaps there can be true peace at last. Just show our friends what to do, as a friend show them, don't order, that's against your policies.

I'm not so familiar with all the details about what have happened lately i joined in the middle of the crise nearly and i was just like

Anyway i think that outcast is showing that he's on the wrong track saying that all u said was lieing and claiming ur spamming etc.

And then way he ends up his post with writing

"Anyway go to play in the fake server dude"

He shows that he's the immature person here and showing that he clearly only wants this hatred etc. to go on instead of shaking hands and find a peacefully way to end this.

This is why I no longer have respect for Outcast nor Maximus. I would of, but they continue to show their corrupt side. I do like the other members, but kinda hard to explain my feelings (looks at Herny) when all Outcast does is ban me.

I tried to get on last night. And I had my ip changer on. And somehow, he knew it was me. I had a different ip, I didn't use any name, I didn't use a BIND, and somehow he banned me. My guess is he didn't know who I was, but he thought I was a troublemaker. It seems he and Maximus are banning random people, probably people with Padawan names. This shows how scared of us they are. (Also, Maxi lamed me 1 time and laughed, then I got kicked. I find this funny after all their talk about "No laming" and "being a good team". -.-' )

My guess is why he won't listen is he knows what we can do. He is AFRAID TO ACCEPT THE TRUE. He doesn't want any other truth but his. This is why I am going to be pulling up a "special" discussion in the Council, and this is one of the topics I been wanting to talk about for a very long time.

I'm still on the fence about this whole "trying" thing.

On the one hand, I like to give people every possible chance to be logical and arrive at a mature and peaceful solution.

On the other hand, the admins with whom we are communicating are incapable of reaching this point. They will either continue unwavering into the future, or they will abandon it all. They will never give in; they have invested too much of their pride in irrational and uncaring behavior. To be reasonable now would mean destroying the very credibility they have been fabricating for so long with their unsubstantiated claims of wisdom.

I understand that this thread you created in their forums was not for the admins of whom I speak, but for the other members of their clan. However, one can only appeal to the desire for truth so many times before all of the individuals interested in truth have realized the reality. I think we are rapidly nearing that point, at which time any further appeals to their clan will be seen only through the distorting filter of Outcast's arbitrary judgement. Continuing to "try" after this will only make us appear as rebels instead of the clan we all know ATS should have been from the beginning.

Ok Council members, I am going to post a "special" Topic. Hope EVERYONE in the council can give their opinion, cause this one is important.

OK guys i got an Idea someone goes to idk somewhere u can call NAMES by youre own ore things you createt that noone create it 2 and calls it his thing ! AND own the name ATS jk2 World Wide ore else ! Then Outcast cant use ATS anymore cause he would get in trouble with the gouverment xD !
