My new mouse is broken i put it in USB but nothing happen.
Light is ON in my mouse but it don't move.
what i do?

You probably just need to get drivers for the mouse. Go to the company's website and look for device drivers for that specific mouse.

I did this not help mouse say it is in Safe Mode/fault mode something lika that.
