To Vader: The IP is the location of where your computer/router (IDK exactly, not networking expert) is. So if you get a new router and it will be in the same place; then it will have a similiar/or same IP address. However if you move to a different location then the IP will change.
I seen that I'm So ****ing ready guy a couple times on, he was funny! =]
