I remember when I played on my crap computer that when I stood around I had 80 fps. Then when I went to fight one person it dropped to 40. This happened when there was over 8 people in the server (12+ I had 30 fps always). Everyone I fought must have been cheating back in 2004 - 2010...

Yeah,on hangar my fps is always lower,even if there are only just bots.Especially when there are 5-6 people in a same area my fps goes to 10-20.
