Those aren't your IP addresses on the internet, that's the problem. The 192.168.0.0 network is a non-routable (can't be used on the internet) local IP address that is only used within the LAN created by your router. The 255.255.255.0 is your subnet mask, which is part of defining your network, but it is not an IP address.
So those are private, local addresses on your LAN; we need your public address visible to the internet. However, it's better not to post your IP address publicly on the internet. Any forum admin or moderator here can find your IP address and pass it along to a server admin to unban you.
