Anyone could make that skin, just use the jedi tux skin and color the face, head, eyes and hands white.

Edit: Of course the only difference would be that it has a face now..

but cant skinners take jk3 skins and change the skeletons in them? so they can be jk2?

Yes you can mic, but I've heard its a pain in the ass to convert them.
