Is there still people who make skins?

Hi, i was wondering is there still people who make skins to others?
I have hoped to get my own personal skin and maybe get it in the SoL skin pack.

I think im bad making skins and that is why i ask someone who has experience in this. So if someone friendly has time i like to have my own skin.

if someone gindly make my skin i think it is fairly easy. It can be retextured reborn model or Darth Nihilus.
I use dark side force powers so i think skin should be mostly black and so i give artist quite free hands.

Honestly don't remember what skin that even was. You sure I made it? xD

I would be really grateful if you could spend a little time making skin for me. It does not have to be magnificent, but simple nice skin made for me is more than enough.
