Old times...

I've been inspired by SeBBaT's topic about a map from ATS or something like that (lol) and I began to remember all the fun times we had in Jk2. I've made this topic specifically for the old members of SoL (technically ATS) to remind each other of the fun times we had together before, because looking back now, I miss those moments quite a bit. I'll start (:

So, I'm just going to go back to when I came to Jk2 to have a permanent place in the Jk2 community.

So, about a year and a half to two years ago I was still under the name of KOpkerKO and my best friends then were Psyko, Error-onE, X-Jedi, PurpleVinegar, BlackKnight, Lusantlueg, and of course, Mereel (<3). Mereel was the first guy that really reached out to me and started teaching me stuff, basically "How to survive Jk2 101" and I learned a lot from him as he was my first master. I also remember all those times I annoyed the hell out of Purple trying to ask him how to put colors in my name and asking him for skins, and my spamming xDD.

Ugh, I would put much more but I have to go to bed -__- I get to wake up at 6:00 AM tomorrow haha... <3

old times woooooooo so long ago xDDD december 2007!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember I played with X-Jedi, Outcast, Sylba, Espartan, Guardian Luke, Maximus, Nelson, Argentino, Darth Boss, h2o, Reyxx, o.o-Vader, etc etc etc etc xDDD lots of guys. Nelson was the one who recruited me into ATS (I was entering to random servers lol! I was lucky!) So I started to play there hahahahahha I didn't know what the hell was the console nor any of the saber styles xDDD and didn't even think about ff duels xDDD. We only did saber duels hahaha it was very funny xD I was there almost all the time hahahah :_)
Later there came the darth boss thingy, etc etc etc, stuff that all you know about hahahah.

I also remember when I first saw blueninja LOL the pro was laming kicking ppl with bubble hahahahahahhahha the next day he joined to ATS xDDD pro !!! <3

Well, that's how I started in ATS xDD

When i first came onto JK2 MP (about 2 years ago) I was on the Ca server alot but then it was taken down for a month or so,so I came to the ATS server and it seemed quite cool and x-jedi pointed out the forum to me if i wanted to join......they were the days......hey i'm talking like an old man here D:!

Me i remember my first moment in jk2, i firstly played from gamespy, i didn't know that i could access to server directly from game x), so i went to the most populated server ats.

When i started playing, i didn't know how it works, so i just ran between people, and someone started pking me. I said : Cheater ! you can't do this ! When i think about this, it makes me laugh all the time.

Then NickdeClaw started to teach me, and those were my best days. We trained everyday, in training and office sometimes, hangar. He taught me all basic things, then more advanced, always answering to my questions then i met alien with whom i trained much.

Later i met AK-47, the other french of ats, with whom i spent much time, joking, dueling and pking at rock. Before that he leaves, it was some magic.

I spent whole nights mapping with purple vinegar, i remember sometimes he even went to sleep while me i was still mapping x).

Those were my best times

When i played JK2 mp the first time, i went to ATS and CA alot, because they were the busiest servers, i preffered ATS because i could use force. But I remember having such an alien feeling, i never played an internet game before and the new experience felt unfimiliar but exciting. I remember getting so confused when i saw people using emotes, i thought they were hacking lol. Back then we spent alot of time on Bespin.

My first friend was ATS*Nightmare who was Kernows Apprentice (i miss him, where the hell did he go?) he showed me the ropes, although he too was inexperienced at the time, he taught me pk and gk. We had alot of fun. He was a really nice guy and he made me feel really welcome in ATS and the server. He also encouraged me to apply. I was an ATS recruit within 2 weeks of playing mp.

I remember waffle was really active then (although he was called Green the immortal), he used to lame lots and he would pwn me, i thought he was cheating, i didnt know how he did it, i would try to fight and i would try to run, each time i got creamed lol.

I actually did some research before playing multiplayer. I knew what laming was, i knew to bow before duels, i knew how to private chat. But i remember loads of stuff i didnt know, like binds, fighting techneques or scripting, or how to use colours. I remember spending hours trying to do the trail of shield generators to get to office (i did it too lol) The new experience was great, that novelty has somewhat worn off now.

I remember my first game of CTF, I didnt have a clue what i was doing and somehow ended up with the flag. I hid away and Xaso guarded me. Then i ran in the wrong direction into the enemies camp and practically gave them their flag back! The other team was pissing themselves laughing and xaso was going mental lmao.

Anyways xaso was really angry after the game, so i apologised and we were ok. Then later he started to show me a few moves (feeling guilty for raging at me no doubt ), he saw how quickly i could learn. A few days later he offered to be my master, i accepted, we trained loads, developed a close bond of friendship, and here i stand to today <3

God, all of this seems so long ago, its like a past life lol.

Also i was bespin streets back, that was a much better map than yavin. I want to play there again

Yes I remember those days when I used to train Seyrian (ak-47/Missilz or whatever you wanna call him.) we were very close back then. lmao lusan I remember i was such a pro bubble naab kicking people off the bad and X-Jedi always slept me and I didn't even know I was doing anything wrong xDDD Then those times when X-Jedi tried to hunt me down for standing on her head xDD ahh good times (:

Hahahaha Sebb I've let go a lot and I'm very inactive. This game is starting to get extremely boring lmao

Yea the old days where good but today its better

The old days were fun I started playing in 2004 it was bomb not many people scripted I was in a aus clan and killed many then I left and joined o.o and was a spy on ats then I left ats and lamed everyone and was banned alot that was the best history of fisto

man I miss the old days when everyone died when I killed them now my ping sucks

Well SoL has to be thankful to ZoF as without them we would've had no place to regroup
