Goodbye Forever <3

Sup people. Well my pc crashed. For some reasons I feel like that set my life. I realized life isnt about video games and shit. So well I realized I'm done with jk2 forever. I cracked that cd in half. I'm done as my life as a gamer. I hope one day you guys realize video games drain ur life terribly and days are going faster and faster. Life is too short go out and actually realize the things you can do. Just today I realized I love cross country( running for like miles @ a time) And video games.. I LIKE TURTLES they keep getting worse and worse! I dont like the image they are planting in our brains ~ killing. Most dont realize this but When you play these ur just masacuring people. This one day could be reality thanks to games. Think how bad you would feel knowing you killed someone. Its not gr. Im against this because I have a friend who was a serious gamer and had to get medical help because his brain was just wild.... So gl to you dudes have fun and this time im NEVER comming back. Life is about videogames if you are a game designer or an aspiring one. You should have sold that cd, not destroyed it.

You're starting to sound like those activists that feel video games are actually damaging to one's life. It's actually based on the player. Some people know when and when not to play and manage their time. Others just stay sucked in, perhaps for too long and that is where the life-damaging effects occur. Me? I use video games as a means of getting inspiration for games I would try to make. I jot down interesting ideas. Also, it's nice to know that there are a lot of people playing games, rather than hanging out with criminal types and breaking into convenience stores and such.

It's not the game's fault that the person (usually a child who is impressionable) playing the game turns out that way. Games have an ESRB rating for a reason. People need to take responsibility for their actions, and the parents need to take responsibility and make sure the games they get for their children are within the recommended age groups. I find it completely absurd that games are to blame.

Also, games that involve killing == great way to take out frustration without literally killing someone and then getting all the applicable murder/manslaughter charges. Mind you, I am not a fan of games with overly graphic killing. It's clean, easy, and perfectly legal. A great avenue for stress-relief.

I agree with Pro....this game isnt real life, that is correct...but one person's actions do not drive what happens in the game. Still GL and i hope to see you in the future...
