1. Sasuke (Shippuden) when he gains Amaterasu Especially
2. Itachi He was a Awesome Muthafawka who held back and never showed his true power
3. Kakashi (shippuden) Especially when he Learns Mangekyo Sharingan
4. Jiraiya Sage Mode is AWESOME
5. Pain his powers were just BEASTLY especially his PLANETARY DEVASTATION Jutsu
6. Naruto (Shippuden) when he gains sage mode and later fully controls Nine Tails also because he grew up substantially while training to learn Sage Mode
7. Danzo because of his Multiple Sharingans lol freaky but awesome at the same time.
