| maybe we should split this in 2 polls. if the ppl think that 3 man in the council is too much of a triumvirate (a fear which even exists in a five man council... they still can build the majority to rule the other 2), then they shall choose a five man council. BUT i dont think it would be good that the 3 man council wins, just because the 5 man council voters are split into 3month terms and 6 month terms. | |
