Ok guys i thought I would make this topic public to show everyone both member and visitor. I doubt Outcast himself will notice this, when was the last time he paid a visit to any other server or forum other than his own?!

Well this is just an update to the situation. The situation the division of ATS: the old conservatives sticking to Outcast's ruthless dictatorship, or the new and shining democrats who opt for equality and respect amongst ALL players. The conservatives themselves are a minority as it was just Herny (for vested intrests), Max (for fear of loss of power), Kyle (the gimp), Sylba (old and against change) and Outcast (inconsolable and extremist) who decided not to change the old system. To avoid Outcasts grip of power we created our own new ATS forum and server, whilst the old five are without a forum but have their abandoned and rarely administrated server.

Herny has employed (yes employed as he has actually PAYING this guy), a hacker in his local school to come and shut down/delete this forum, hopefully to cause internal chaos to the new ATS and destroy our organisation. He ISN'T acting under Outcast's or Max's orders and he personally sees us as rebels who falsly use the ATS name, his main problem is the our use of the name ATS. And due to this he aims to oblitirate us, and i'm sure if the oppertunity for cancelling the server arises to him he will capitalise on it.

Outcast has also just released a new forum, one that he has been working on or some time to make it fun and appealing to 9 yr old newbies etc......The good news is this server and forum has the majority of ATS members which means that typing "ATS JK2" in google presents this forum as the top link. Lets hope it stays this way.

There is of course confusion, Outcast's server entitles: "..................ATS" and our much more active and fun version called: "....................~". Many newbies are heading to the ATS server and being told its the real one, only to come to ours and hear the same thing, so of course they are very confused. We want Outcast to join us or give up the name of ATS to its true inheritors (those who kept and keep it alive during his and the founders absences. And they want us to do the same thing. Its is a stalemate on either sides so of course you can see the need for extremist behaviour like Herny's.

I am just warning all supporters of our system (the ones who give the power to you) that IF the server and/or forum closes down DO NOT lose hope - We will rebuild another server and forum just like we did before when Outcast wiped everything.

I do not like people keeping secrets from the clan, I made a public statement to exemplify this moral. To warn, to prepere and to inspire you all.

Regardless of what they were doing to you on their server, lagging is unacceptable. It's their server, you can't attack their system to "use admin" that you don't have permission to use. If a normal member here had done this, I'm not sure what we would do. But this is pretty serious, and we need to set rules that strictly forbid it and punish it. I understand why you did it Mereel, but it's unacceptable. I'm really confused about how to feel about this.

Today I had an example of the future to come at the hands of the power Outcast has in his own little world which so efficently attracts the raw and base skills of new JK2 players.

The only reason we go onto Outcast's server is to promote an equal argument to the people who are under the inescapable propoganda of his server, I always retain a friendly and respectful attitude and never lame or insult in case it gives US a bad name. I wear my tag as a moral and symbolic stand that of course only Outcast and the older members get, and of course they ban me for my political threat of the promotion of truth.

Guy called 'Edd' plays on there - has done for about 2 months or so. I come on and he starts insulting me with 'Faker' and 'You're in the fake, cheating ATS aren't you?' etc etc.....

I get spam kicked by him and I remain polite and sincere in his laming attitude towards me.

I say to him 'I suggest before you judge people you never met that you get both ends of the argument. Did you know Outcast deleted the forum and server 3 months ago?'

He says 'No he didn't, lier!'

He asks Ulrich who is on there and Ulrich says 'Ignore him Edd he tell dirty lies....'

He says 'Why are you here Kernow? Your server too empty? ^^'

I reply 'No its too full mate, 20 players check it out. '

But their control over people like Edd shows just one of the people that will turn into many many players in the future. I see history repeating itself. We are being compared to other violent clans and in time our fustration at them will make us become like this...

The biggest problem FOD and o.o had when we were in that position was that FOD and o.o actually came onto our server and were usually insulting, laming, scripting jerks. There was little if any reason to stand up for them, because we ourselves did not want them being assholes on the server.

But if we are respectful to people, things can be different. For example, Wehr still lamed back then, but he was nice to a lot of us. I stood up for him. If all of us are good people, anyone with their own brain will see that Outcast's word differs from reality. If they refuse to be reasonable and see this, they probably aren't the type of person we want in our clan anyway.

I usually find that questions work best in this type of situation.
"Have I ever done anything mean to you?"
"Then why are you being mean to me?"
"Have you seen things first-hand, or only heard them from Outcast?"
"If we're liars, why do we ask you to investigate the truth for yourself?"

OR we make a contract xD
just to throw in... i rather believe that a contract will end these liez and acts of propaganda than time and right behaviour.
like we said: they live in a bubble. there is no way, besides a contract, to bring some truth in it.^^
but as i am off-topic in here, i wont go too far with this.

Well as you know I don't think they will accept a contract, and feel that we are more powerful achieving our objective without one. But my recommendations are based on the way I live my own life, and it works very well for me. Perhaps your suggestions are also based on something that works well for you.

the thing is only, when the opposites are hard and spoiled by propaganda, any attempt of good behaviour drowns in general hate. thats the basic of a vendetta. and fact is: how good and respectful someone is in general and even to his enemies, he wont overcome a vendetta by good behaviour. every action, doesnt matter how respectful it is, will be seen as an offend.
in such cases, and i believe we are in such (after i believed we just won), the only possible solution is to make both sides meet on one eye height and bury the condemning officially ensuring peace from above, by a rule, and not by good wishes and ideals.

vendettas are endless sentences. points are made by talking things out and make the result into a rule.

if the result is another vendetta... well tough luck. but it could be just a peace. you cant know until you have done it.

just like u said: you dont THINK that outcast will let us talk to him. but i THINK as well he maybe would.

If you refer to the other topic, you'll know that I feel there is something to lose in pursuing the contract. So it's not just a matter of giving something a shot to find the result. There are consequences either way.

As for having a "solution from above," Outcast doesn't believe there is anything above him. But this is indeed for another thread.

Suffice to say that we disagree, and all points we throw at each other we have a counter-argument to. Just a difference of opinion.

well... i just guess so...
but the reasons i read from those who vote, arent the reasons we are arguing over in the end... are those points we had to give to the other side...
i just have the feeling, i guess kernow has it as well, that we argued without any effect, as the ppl didnt read it or didnt get the points we talked about, without being brave enough to ask what we mean.
finally the winner in the end wont care, but for those who lose (win or lose is show the the opposite feelings caused as well by the decision though it isnt a real win or loss) it feels unfair, because maybe they had won, if everybody had the same level of information.

but thats kind of how politics work.
and thats one of the reasons why it doesnt satisfy the ppl.
and i am afraid that it will even not satisfy the ppl here.
but i am confident, that they will be more satisfied than at another place xD
