Laffy banned and abused by Sind/luke

After about 10-20 minutes of sind and luke going invisible and going into walls, etc. (with admin) and gripping me while i was in an ffa with jeezy, wehr, rayne, buffy, etc. I was banned later by sind automatically for killing him once on sight for 20 minutes of admin abuse. Obviously it seems that this clan is encouraging abuse of admins and such. Now unban laffy and exile the admin newbz =]

obviously laaaaf u forgot about the warnings we gave u, sure the wall grips were probably a little overkill (luke did most of the random grips inside the wall) but u did purposely lame me in temple about 10-15 mins ago... Obviously laaaf u always forget the detail.. U rage, u lamed me, and we warned u way before hand..

btw, laaaaf with the wall grip thing, u could of simply telerun, it's not like we amsilenced u and besides u also had rage. plus u could of also stayed away from the same wall area..

awww laaf why u dont understand sind banned u for hard laming beacuse when i entered to game u were already laming.... then continue and continue if u dont stop well sind told warnings to u so...

First of all there was no one to lame in temple. There was wehr and luke and when u got on. You didn't know what happened before that. Luke came in as pada and started to act like some pro, he lamed me and started insults (newb, etc.) So i thought it was kal. You can check the chatlogs for this. So me and wehr ganged him for a while. Then he changed hes name to luke about half a minute before sind got on. Anyways ban luke for laming then. Then I killed him like two times after you got on and you too for insulting me. Then you started spamming the admin say or w.e.

So I didn't take anything on there seriously including the warnings which were fail warnings anyways. And after that some proz got on, it was ffa, and you two started abusing admin with invisible or w.e. (no idea what it is, dcmod sux it doesn't even have flood protection) for about 10-20 minutes. You gripped about 5-10 times and also pulled, etc. and done other annoying things. So finally after that sind wasn't in invisible mode, so i killed him for vengeance, he raged and got mad and banned.

So basically luke and sind where insulting, disrespecting, and admin abusing me the whole time. And luke started to lame me from the beginning. So I get banned for these three reasons separately but they don't when they do it all in one with the addition of extreme admin abusing?

So you are saying I got banned because of three lame kills (from someone who lamed me first)? I'll go talk to Outcast he would welcome you. They use nearly the same system. Anyways like I said they were fail warnings because they didn't apply correctly. You already know I empty servers filled with people that start with insults and newb attackz.

To Luke: I lamed you like 3 times in 2009 and got banned like 5 times, you lamed me today, last 1-2 hours. You were provoking me (with a pada name), it's like you were asking for it. If you just walked around me and didn't try to attack or insult, i guarantee I wouldn't have killed you. Insults aren't a joke, there annoying. If you don't mind insulting me, then why do you mind when I kill you in a game. So basically you're saying you prefer to get insulted then to get killed in a game. Newb, fail, 0wn, etc. are considered insults. That's why they are censored. By being censored SOL is agreeing that they are insults. And you & sind were basically insulting me for 20 minutes while I was doing something else.

If this is such a joke, then why am I banned? Obviously sind gets raged easily and bans. It's not a joke or game to him, its hes life. And luke you have to treat it as such, whenever sind gets on.

LIE LIE LIE. We never insulted u in the begining i just said u se ks like joking but u really dont understand any joke, second u no respect anybuddy u annoy all time people come server and i started lame.... okay u lame me in 2009 and now i can lame u beacuse u lamed me first, third yes i pk to u sometimes but u defend and kill me whats the problem u lame everyday and i lame one time and didnt kill u and u want people here ban me...

Another thing, u raged, u admin abused me, i raped u, u raged again and broke the ban key.

2nd thing, you were only abusing me (or mainly abusing me) when I went to hangar from temple you came there.. and started abusing me.. I could of teled away? When you gripped 2-3 people attacked me. I teled twice, but got killed like 7 times because of it. Obviously you just ruined the ffa, and then started to continue admin abusing when I was fighting buffy in hangar.

guys, no need to keep yelling at each others, cuz it's admin words vs laaaf words and it can't help no one for now. Xaso will check logs and we'll know what really happened in details about the first lames / insults, and admin use.

ok, i wasted hours checking the logs and making it available to read for you guys, because this happens for the 100 time now, i want all to see what exactly happened.

if you dont want to read all that shit, let me give you a short summarize:

after laaf was boasting all day and bugging people, mostly challenging to come to temple to fight, only to boast and insult them later, at some point luke came on. as padawan.
i cant tell if luke LAMED, i saw he KILLED laaf. BUT: laaf killed back often enough, they should be even with each other.
somewhen lucifer connected. and the fight between luke and laaf went on, and they warned him. he shall stop laming. well the warnings werent quite right. there werent 3 explicit warning, there was one question from luke per ampsay: "3 lames, and you still go on?" maybe he meant it different, but the english wasnt correct, which could be a reason for laaf to not understand it.
sind made it obvious and amsaid: Last warning laaf
other ppl entered and told laaf: just stop dude, dont get banned again. so laaf stopped.

they made a ffa in hangar.
at some point luke started invisibly gripping laaaf. and lucifer joined in, and they both made their fun of laaf. this went on for some minutes and laaaf got angry. the ffa moved to temple, where they both obviously kept on doing that. at some point they stopped, but they went on telling laaf he got raped (he got killed often in the ffa)

i cant tell what happened then, but lucifer got killed once. i assume laaaf hunted him through temple.
after that kill, lucifer banned laaaf.

let me tell you, how i judge the whole happening:

laaaf being an ass again on the server for a long time before admins were on, makes me still hate laaf. but those happenings arent here in the spoiler... it would have been too much work to gather it all. maybe he isnt as intense and evil like ariez and dino, but over the day he produces even more shit than them. and i dont agree that those things are a joke. slave, newb and nig ga, because someone doesnt want to fight him or looses, is not funny. all that talk about flawed and ez and spamming the outcome, even if there wasnt a fight even, is just stupid. but unfortunately that is not what laaf got banned for. i think the council should really consider banning laaf for this, but that is another topic!!! it is, laaaf, you dont need to answer on this, if you want to do it, please do it with another topic called "laaaf is a nice person, dont ban me for being evil"

when luke came on , laaaf and luke got into a fight. even if luke lamed laaf: laaaf got his revenge by killing him back. the only mistake of laaf was: going on with laming, even after luke gave up and retired from fighting. therefore laaf got warned. there werent enough official warnings tho, but anyway: the warnign helped: laaf stopped and went off doing something else.
so that case, the fight between laaaf and luke was closed. you cant consider these warnings for the happenings that follow, because what happens next, is another case inmho opinion, when u look at what the admisn are doing.

they started abuse the admin powers on laaf. it is not even overkill of admin usage. this is a real abuse. an overkill would have been if you banned laaf right away after that warning you gave him, after which laaf stopped laming. but luke and lucy abused. actions that are totally uncalled for. especially because they know: laaaf should not be the target of such kind of... "fun"... "jokes" or whatever that kind of admin usage might seem to the admin who does it. if you wallgrip timmy, then he might not get mad. but you should have known that laaf will. you directly aimed laaf for those things. and it was abuse. harsh but true. admins used admin for their own fun and joy... unbelievable!

therefor laaf killed lucifer once. maybe he hunted him through temple for some time, but fact remains: one kill only and laaf got banned. there was no warning for this. and new warnings would have been needed here, just like apologies for the abuse would have been needed here.

this is why i unban laaaf now.
idk what to do about the abuse now, i could never imagine that such things would even happen... luke is new... im ready to talk to him and give him another chance. but sind has admin now for longer and he has a feud with laaf, he should have known that that kin dof actions would lead to a catastrophe.
but also: im considereing to make another topic in the council for laaf. for the sake of the atmosphere in the server and the respect: all his boasting and insult and aggressive attitude... if laaf doesnt lay back a little, we have to take actions on him...

Lol this was mainly something between me and jerek and nevan (it has nothing to do with insults or w.e.), I wanted to match him in temple, he doesn't because he doesn't like losing so he wanted the fight to be in caves or w.e... And both never happened..

I matched nevan in temple and after the fight was over I don't recall "boasting" about it like "Nevan you g0t p0000ned get skillz!". And me and him is another story which happened some days ago.. Basically hes part of the Ariez and friends group..
